The Vurger Co began as a market stall and it soon grew into a proper restaurant in March 2018 thanks to a crowdfunding campaign. The mission was to make vegan food as accessible and convenient as possible, and in doing so, serve up your favorite fast food made with wholesome plant ingredients and where no animals are harmed.

Choose from the likes of the Auburger (made with aubergine, chickpeas, and red onion) and the MLC (roast mushrooms and borlotti beans). All burgers come with homemade sauces and an array of toppings, including mayo, salsa, and vegan cheese while sides include pesto mac ‘n’ cheese and skin-on fries.
